Chef Katherine Pinnock or Chef Kathy as she is affectionately called is an Executive Chef with over 15 years of experience in restaurant management, particularly in the hotel sector. Chef Kathy has worked in and spearheaded the restaurant operations of several major local and international hotel chains, namely Hilton Hotel (Florida), Gaylord Opryland Resort (Tennessee) Sandals Grande Antigua Resort & Spa, as well as Hermosa Cove Resort Village in Jamaica. Additionally, Chef Kathy was the founder of a lunch catering service, Hungry Belly Jamaica providing made to order meals to professionals within the corporate area.
